The current design is also known from the Qianlong period and continued into later reigns. A group of candlesticks of this type from the Qianlong, Jiaqing, and Daoguang reigns is in the Beijing Palace Museum, illustrated on the museum’s website; for a Jiaqing-marked example, see, for instance, acc. no. gu-161133.
