A rare pre-earthquake print, and overall presents well with nice impression. Mild toning to sheet, with slight mat burn mainly visible to left margin. Scattered areas of foxing to sheet. Hinge residue to top and lower margins verso, from previous mounting. Lower right corner with an ink mark "H.21.", verso. Otherwise, no other condition issues observed.
